FAQ's

Q) What is Your Experience?

A) Our founder Johnathan Rubinsky has been working on PCs since he was 14 years old and is a CompTIA A+ Certified Professional Computer Repair Technician. Also JSR-Tech is a Microsoft Registered Partner. Currently all JSR-Tech Repair Technicians have been, or are apprentices of Johnathan's.

Q) Can you fix my PC if it is still under warranty?

A) Yes, if it's a software issue. No, if it's a hardware issue. If you PC is still under warranty it is recommended that you return to the OEM "Original Equipment Manufacture i.e. HP, Dell" for a free, or low cost repair. However If the OEM refuses to repair your system or wants to charge you for a full price repair, we understand that most OEM servicing can be expensive and timely so in that case we are more than happy to help you, just understand in most cases once we open your system it is no longer covered under your manufactures warranty. Note we do not deny any one service we just recommend you return to the OEM to try to save you money, Also If your system is from a rent-to-own company we can't work on you PC at all until it has been payed off.
